Child of the 8^th day (Circumcision)

I am a partaker of the divine nature of God – 2 Peter 1:4

• ·       He is Spirit, I am Spirit
• ·       He is Holy and He calls me to be Holy
• ·       He is light; I am light
• ·       I drink from God and become a river
• ·       I have the mind of Christ.

Col 3:2.  Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

If I can get my thinking right, then I can get my speaking right

“Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks” – Matt 12:34

I must learn to speak from The Heavenly Realm

Let the weak say “I’m strong.” – Joel 3:10

What does earth say about you? 

What does heaven say about you?

I’m not good enough

I am a masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works – Eph 2:10

I can’t do it

I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me – Phil 4:13

I can’t do what other people do

Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world – 1 John 4:4

I’m limited – in education, vocabulary, knowledge, etc

I have the mind of Christ. I have an unction from the Holy Spirit.  I can know all things!

I’m afraid to try

The Lord is my helper, so I will not be afraid – Heb 13:6

People will laugh at me

If God is for me, who can be against me? – Rom 8:31

I’ll fail

God always leads me in triumph in Christ – 2 Cor 2:14

It probably won’t work

It’s going to work together for my good, because I love God and am called according to His purpose – Rom 8:28

I’m sick

By His stripes, I am healed – Is 53:5

I’m fat – I’m skinny – I’m ugly – I have this physical issue

I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I know I’m marvelous, Darling! – Ps 139:14

What I think about myself comes out of what I know about myself

I must elevate what I think about myself

          My living will be limited & my abilities will be limited

I have New Abilities

John 14:12.  "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do.”

Eph 3:20.  Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

The Key is having Holy Spirit

          Once I become Spirit, there are things that I have access to

John 14:26.  The Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

Holy Spirit is a Teacher

1 John 2:20.  You have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.

James 1:5.  If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

Prov 4:7.  Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom.

And in all your getting, get understanding.

Dan 9:22.  He informed me, and talked with me, and said, "O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill to understand.

Eph 1:16-21

Pray for wisdom and revelation and understanding, and increase in knowledge

Pray that I’ll know the Spirit that’s in me & the power that’s available to me

Pray that I’ll know what how valuable I am to Him – I am His rich inheritance

Eph 3:8-9

We have a grace to explore the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to understand the mysteries which have been kept hidden from the beginning of the ages.

2 Chron 1:7-12

Because you asked for wisdom and knowledge for yourself, wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor.

It’s not just something you have – it must be applied

I Am An Extraordinary Person

I am Smart

Nothing is beyond my understanding

I am Creative

I Excel

I Solve Problems

I Perform at a Higher Level

I am full of Ideas

My Memory is Sharp

I have the Spirit of God and the mind of Christ

Therefore I am smart and increasing in knowledge

I have access to Divine wisdom and unlimited creative power

Making available to me unsearchable riches

I have an unction from the Holy Spirit

Therefore I can know all things

I can understand all things

I can remember all things

And I don’t have to worry about anything.

Speaking From the Heavenly Realm

Matt 6:9-10

In this manner, therefore, pray:  Our Father, who art in heaven,

Hallowed be Your name.  (Your name is clean, pure, sanctified & holy)

¹⁰ Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We must open our mind to what it really means to be “Saved”

          It’s not laboring to ‘stay’ saved

It’s not working, trying to get to heaven

It’s working to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth

1 John 3:2.  Beloved, now we are the sons of God

John 8:35.  A servant does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever

The struggle isn’t about my salvation – which happens in an instant

          It’s about the renewal of my mind – which is the process

How do we renew our mind?  Input new information

Why is that so difficult?  Because we don’t want to read or study 

We want to be entertained and made to feel good

This keeps a ceiling on our thinking

If our thinking is limited, our living is limited

As he thinks in his heart, so is he.  (Prov 23:7)

In order to Elevate your Living, you must Elevate your Thinking

What do I mean by “Elevate Your Thinking?”

          In the natural – learning for a promotion, etc.

          In the Spiritual – understanding who you are in Christ Jesus

I am a New Creature – 2 Cor 5:17

John 16:13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth (reality), has come, He will guide you into all truth (reality);

Remember, it’s not just quoting scripture.  It’s thinking from the heavenly realm

Mark 11:23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says

God is who He says He is, and will do what He said He would do

Therefore, I am who God said I am and can do what God said I can do
